Subject fails WP:NHOCKEY. Though he signed for Ak Bars Kazan in 2012, he never played a game for them and thus he never played in the KHL, thus fails #1. Russia's second-tier league, the VHL, and its junior league, the MHL. doesn't qualify for notability, or in the very least it is not listed in the criteria, so his MHL All-Star game honour is not enough to establish notability.
