Delete As per WP:NOTNEO. It is just a political slogan with passing mentions in news articles.
Keep This is the government's main ambition, to make Naya Pakistan. The article can be improved. Did you try WP:BEFORE? You can find a good amount of coverage on this. Knightrises10 (talk) 17:08, 7 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
