Delete. I agree, the sources are not WP:SIGCOV. As for WP:NFILMMAKER, I saw news coverage (but more WP:PRSOURCEs of some film festival category wins, but no reviews of his work in independent, reliable sources that would indicate a pass on WP:NBIO.
