Not a notable prize (and not much of an article). Bbb23 (talk) 18:25, 10 August 2019 (UTC)

- Delete, this just barely escapes A1, IMO. – John M Wolfson (talk • contribs) 02:12, 11 August 2019 (UTC)
- draftify
keep: The article has only one line without any sources, but it doesnt mean it fails notability. There are a few sources covering the award itself, and the award seems to be a prominent one itself. But as the award is awarded by state governments, the sources are scattered in different langauges. business standard article about the awards and Prime Minister's comments about it, article about panchayti raj, covering the awards - although the source is borderline WP:RS, official gov website detailing the awards, official website of the awards itself, another article covering the awards, and statements by Vice President of India about the awards. The award is new, just one ceremony has taken place yet. But claiming the future would fall in WP:CRYSTAL, still given the sources/rationale above, I think it is borderline notable. At the least, if the article is not kept, it should be draftified to be worked on, but not deleted. —usernamekiran(talk) 05:56, 11 August 2019 (UTC)- updated my vote from "keep/dratify" to "draftify" on 16:59, 15 August 2019 (UTC). —usernamekiran(talk) 16:59, 15 August 2019 (UTC)
- Delete. An incentive awarded by GoI to local governments for good implementation of the administrative reforms called "Panchayati Raj".[1] Not really notable. The reform itself might merit a section somewhere, but the incentives definitely don't deserve a standalone entry. — kashmīrī TALK 08:50, 11 August 2019 (UTC)
