Keep. She was notable enough to warrant (unpaid) obituaries in the New York Times, the L.A. Times, the Telegraph, the Guardian, and the Times (and surely some French papers, too). Keep per obits in major newspapers etc. Have added a few of her many publications, sourced to BL catalogue - Worldcat has many more (links on talk page). But Move (after AfD is closed) to Isabelle, Comtesse de Paris or similar - none of those four obits call her "princess", and it's how she authored her books. Ahah: I see that the page was moved from Isabelle, comtesse de Paris to Princess Isabelle, Countess of Paris in 2009 by the now-blocked User:LouisPhilippeCharles, who may, from his name, possibly have had a royalist POV. Strong Keep clearly notable as identified by the obituaries posted above by Pburka from major publications. Though the monarchies have long been abolished that does not mean the families fade into obscurity.
