This festival certainly occurred, no question about it. And the Between the Covers source is good coverage. The issue is, that's the only in-depth source provided, and the only one I could find in searches. Several mentions on Books, but like the other sources currently provided, they only show the existence of the booklet, and don't speak to the notability of the event itself. Might be due to when it occurred, but searches did not turn up enough in-depth coverage to show it passes WP:GNG. Onel5969 ^{TT me} 16:52, 18 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Maintain I created the page because this arts festival was formative in the career of many notable artists, so is therefore notable. As it took place in 1979, during the pre-digital era, there was not a lot of references available on the internet. But more may appear over time. For art historical purposes, I strongly advocate for maintaining the page and improving it.Valueyou (talk) 16:53, 19 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Delete low profile four day event does not inherit notability from the participants. It can be mentioned in their articles if it's relevant to their careers and sourced. Pre internet is a red herring for notability as offline sources are adequate StarM 19:15, 19 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
