Speedy keep. I have indefinitely blocked the AfD creator, as this AfD was the final straw. I have argued at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents#First AfD after this closure what was wrong with the AfD, which also indicates why this article should be kept even if the nominator wasn't blocked.
