It is a mixture of two different photographs, of which its copyright status is unknown. The image shows no importance, and if needed, clearer images are available to act as replacement in Category:Bahrain World Trade Center. Rehman⁽⁺⁾ 00:13, 2 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

While the FUR is bare bones, the edit summary here has me scratching my head. The bottom line is that any image used in that infobox is going to be drawn from the episode and protected by copyright. The FUR, upload date, and air date seem pretty clear - the episode aired on Saturday May 1, the image was uploaded on Sunday May 2 and was taken from a web access version of the episode. If "more suitable" is referring to finding a free image, that is unlikely. If it is referring to a frame that is more fundamental/evocative of the episode, that is something to hash out on the article's talk page, not force by FfD. - J Greb (talk) 01:16, 3 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I was referring to an image compliant with the NFCC. For example, check out Partners in Crime (Doctor Who), a featured article—that has an image which illustrates a first-time-ever-used-on-TV method of animation. While I see the point if it were being used to describe the scene, it isn't. It and the other two similar files you nommed for this date are being used as a visual reference of "This is the episode being covered by this article." Just like using a photo of a person in a biography infobox, a scan of a book cover for novel 'box, or a poster for a film 'box. Should it be something other than a "family portrait" without a background? Yes. Should the image used for the other episode be something other than a lead character finding or among the episodes Misters? Maybe. But those are things to be hashed out on the article talk pages. Keep, strengthen the rationale and replace in the article. It is not replaceable with a free image because free images of television screenshots generally do not exist, definitely not in this case. This image is an obvious copyright violation, and it is definitely not in the public domain.
