Delete. Likely copyright violation. The image is tagged {{PD-self}}, but it is a painting by Fleury Linossier (at least, it is being used in that article), who was born in 1902. It is highly unlikely that the uploader is the creator or copyright holder. There is also no evidence that this painting is in the public domain. The earliest exhibition date given in the caption in the image is 1975. —Bkell (talk) 00:12, 16 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Delete, unless evidence of permission is given, which is extremely unlikely. According to the (admittedly poorly sourced) article on the author, he did not begin a career as a painter until the 1960s. I have sent an email to the uploader, but this is probably just a copyvio.
