- The aforementioned image is likely a copyright violation since it was copied and uploaded to Wikipedia without the permission of the source website (https://keenelandlibrary.omeka.net/items/show/282). Said website expressly provides that "permission must be received for subsequent distribution in print or electronically..." of "[t]his digital resource". According to Find A Grave's terms of service, one "may not post or share content that is protected by copyright or trademark, or that does not belong to you, including pictures and historical documents posted by other users, unless you have express permission from the owner of the copyright or trademark for such content."
