The Music Box is an 1932 American film comedy featuring Laurel and Hardy. The film received the first Academy Award for Live Action Short Film (Comedy) at the 5th Academy Awards in 1932.

Directed by James Parrott. Written by H.M. Walker.

Ollie: What's it to you?!
Professor: I should like to pass.
Ollie: Why don't you walk around?
Professor: What? Walk AROUND?! ME, Professor Theodore von Schwarzenhoffen, M.D., A.D., D.D.S., F.L.D., F.F.F. and F., should walk AROUND?! [starts pushing past the box and Stan and Ollie] Get that thing out of my way! Get out of my way!

Stan: Say, listen! Don't you think you're bounding over your steps?
Officer: Whaddaya mean, "bounding over my steps?"
Ollie: [tries to cover up for Stan] Heh, why he means, uh, overstepping your bounds!
