Standard Berber?

What exactly is Standard Berber and where are sources for it? This page contains a mix of multiple languages not a standard. The first paragraph even mentions 'These are not one language, but rather several closely related ones.' So what exactly is the point of this phrasebook? Ajellid-n-arif (talk)
