I. CONDUCIR DE FORMA SEGURA
Reglas para conducción segura
Revise el motor antes de encenderlo para prevenir percances o daños a los componentes.
El vehículo debe ser conducido únicamente por aquellas personas que cuenten con una licencia de conducir.
Se requiere de gran cuidado a la hora de conducir, además de atención a los siguientes aspectos, para evitar que otros vehículos motorizados
lo hieran:
Mantenga su distancia con respecto a otros vehículos
No invada el carril de otro conductor
Acate de forma estricta las leyes de tránsito locales
Puesto que conducir a altas velocidades es la causa de muchos accidentes, no conduzca a velocidades no permitidas
Preste particular cuidado en intersecciones, en entradas y salidas de parqueos, y en el carril de automóviles
Mientras conduce, sujete el manubrio izquierdo con la mano izquierda y el puño del acelerador con la mano derecha, manteniendo los pies
sobre los pedales.

Indumentaria de protección
1. Por seguridad personal, se debe utilizar indumentaria de protección tal como casco con máscara protectora, lentes contra el polvo y guantes.
2. Evite usar ropa holgada ya que ésta puede engancharse en la palanca de mando, en el pedal de arranque, en los pedales o en los
neumáticos.
Modificación de la motocicleta
Precaución:
Cualquier modificación no autorizada o reemplazo de las partes originales del vehículo, además de ser ilícitos, violentan la seguridad al
conducir. El usuario debe acatar las regulaciones de tránsito. El fabricante no se responsabiliza por modificaciones no autorizadas.

IV. OPERACIÓN
Válvula de combustible
(1) Llenado de combustible
La capacidad total del tanque de combustible es de 6 L, incluyendo 1.0 L de reserva. Abra la tapa del tanque y vierta el combustible por la
abertura. Luego cierre la tapa y asegúrese que esté alineada con la abertura.
(2) Operación de la válvula de combustible (la válvula del tanque de combustible)
ON: Cuando la perilla de la válvula de combustible está en posición de “ON” el combustible puede fluir del tanque al carburador
OFF: Cuando la perilla de la válvula de combustible está en posición de “OFF” el combustible no puede fluir
RES: Cuando la perilla de la válvula de combustible está en posición de “RES” el combustible fluye desde la reserva. (Nota: el combustible
de reserva se utiliza únicamente cuando el regular se acaba). En este caso, dado que la reserva de combustible es de apenas 1.0 L, se debe
reabastecer lo más pronto posible.

Puesta en marcha del motor

Advertencia: Nunca arranque el motor dentro de un lugar cerrado o bodega, ya que el humo de escape de la moto contiene monóxido de
carbono tóxico.
1 Gire el interruptor de arranque a la posición “ON”
2 Asegúrese que la transmisión esté en neutro mientras la luz del indicador de neutro está encendida.
3 Verifique la cantidad de combustible en el tanque.
4 Gire la válvula de combustible a la posición “ON”.
* Puesta en marcha del motor en frío
1 Hale la palanca del estrangulador (para cerrar el estrangulador),
2 Gire el puño del acelerador entre 1/8 y 1/4 de vuelta
3 Ponga en marcha el motor por medio del sistema de arranque eléctrico o utilizando del pedal de arranque
4 Gire ligeramente el puño del acelerador para calentar el motor
5 Presione la palanca del estrangulador hacia abajo para abrir completamente el estrangulador cuando el motor esté suficientemente caliente
* Precaución:
El motor solo puede ser puesto en marcha mientras el motor esté en posición neutro. De otra manera pueden suceder accidentes.
Poner en marcha el motor y dejarlo al ralentí daña el motor, especialmente a temperaturas altas.
* Pasos para para el motor:
1 Suelte el puño del acelerador para que el motor se desacelere
2 Coloque en posición neutro presionando “(X)”
3 Gire el interruptor de arranque a la posición “OFF”.
4 Coloque la válvula del combustible (la válvula del tanque de combustible) en posición “OFF”

* Rodaje del motor
Durante los primeros 1000 km de rodaje del vehículo debe prestar atención a los siguientes aspectos:
1. Está estrictamente prohibido cargar objetos al conducir o al subir cuestas empinadas. Tampoco se debe conducir por más de 50 km
consecutivos. La velocidad se debe aumentar de forma moderada.
2. Con el propósito de que todos los componentes estén lubricados lo suficiente, el motor se debe calentar de 3 a 5 minutos antes de conducir.
3. La velocidad de conducción no debe superar los 40 km/h durante los primeros 500 km y los 55 km/h durante los segundos 500 km.
Interruptores del manubrio izquierdo

Interruptor de arranque
El interruptor de arranque se encuentra en el manubrio izquierdo.
Cuando la llave está en posición de “OFF” el motor no puede arrancar o, si está andando, para.
Cuando ambos la llave y el indicador de neutro estén en posición de “ON” el vehículo está listo para arrancar y ser conducido.
Presione el interruptor de apagado de emergencia para que el motor deje de funcionar.

Cambio de marchas
Se ha utilizado un modo de cambio de marchas para esta motocicleta.
El acelerador debe estar cerrado antes de hacer el cambio de marchas. Es prohibido cambiar de marchas con el acelerador abierto.
Cambie de marchas con cuidado y precisión.
Para evitar daños al embrague, no coloque el pie en el pedal de cambio mientras conduce.

Preste atención a los siguientes aspectos
1. Evite que el motor se mantenga en ralentí innecesariamente y tampoco lo tenga en este estado a altas velocidades. De otra manera los
componentes pueden sufrir serios daños.
2. El embrague se desgastará en poco tiempo si conduce la motocicleta con el embrague semi desacoplado.
3. Al subir cuestas, baje la marcha cuando sienta que la potencia no es suficiente.
4. Es prohibido usar solo el freno delantero o conducir en neutro, especialmente a la hora de descender o conducir a altas velocidades
5. Para frenar, cierre el acelerador y desacople el embrague al mismo tiempo; luego aplique los frenos.

V. Chequeos, ajustes y mantenimiento
Revisión del aceite lubricante
Se debe revisar el nivel de aceite lubricante del motor cada día antes de conducir.
El nivel de aceite debe estar entre la línea superior y la línea inferior del medidor de aceite, el cual se encuentra en la cubierta derecha del cárter
y está ajustado por un tapón cárter.
1. Coloque la motocicleta en posición vertical, desatornille el tapón del medidor de aceite, limpie la varilla del medidor e insértelo en el cárter de
nuevo para comprobar el nivel de aceite. Para hacer esto no hay necesidad de atornillar el tapón del medidor de aceite en el cárter.
2. De ser necesario, añada aceite lubricante hasta la línea superior. No lo llene más de la cuenta
3. Por último, atornille el tapón del medidor de aceite firmemente.

Precaución:
Nunca encienda el motor si no hay suficiente aceite lubricante ya que puede causar daños al motor.
Aceite lubricante recomendado
El aceite lubricante tiene un papel transcendental en el rendimiento y en la vida útil del motor. Este vehículo utiliza el aceite lubricante para
motor de gasolina (conocido como aceite para carros) especificado en el Estándar Nacional de China No. GB485-8l. No se permite utilizar
lubricante corriente, aceite vegetal o aceite de ricino.
Se pueden usar aceites lubricantes de diferentes viscosidades en regiones y temperaturas diferentes.

Reanudación de uso
(1) Retire la cubierta y limpie el vehículo. Cambie el aceite lubricante en caso de que la motocicleta lleve más de cuatro meses sin usarse.
(2) Cargue la batería y vuelva a montarla.
(3) Drene el líquido anti óxido del tanque de combustible para luego llenarlo con combustible hasta el nivel requerido.
(4) Antes de conducir, pruebe el vehículo a una velocidad baja en un lugar seguro
Diagrama de rutina de mantenimiento
El vehículo debe estar en buenas condiciones tal y como se especifica en la siguiente tabla, en donde:
“I” significa: necesita revisión, limpieza, ajuste, lubricación y / o reemplazo.
“C” significa: necesita limpieza.
“R “ significa: necesita reemplazo.
“A “significa: necesita ajuste.
“L” significa: necesita lubricación.
“* “significa: esta parte del mantenimiento debería realizarse en un centro de servicio. El usuario también puede encargarse de ella, siempre y
cuando se guíe por este manual, cuente con las herramientas y los repuestos necesarios y sea capaz de realizarlo.
“* *”significa: por motivos de seguridad esto debería ser realizado por los encargados en el centro de servicio.
Notas: 1. La rutina de mantenimiento debería llevarse a cabo con más frecuencia si la motocicleta transita por terrenos polvorientos.
2. Cuando el odómetro indique que los kilometrajes especificados en la tabla fueron excedidos, los intervalos de kilometraje estipulados para
la rutina del mantenimiento aún deberán de respetarse.

Limpieza del tanque de aceite lubricante

(1) Drene todo el aceite lubricante de rodaje del tanque de aceite
(2) Desmonte las partes relacionadas
(3) Lave todas las partes relacionadas.
(4) Añada la cantidad requerida de aceite
* Esta tarea no debe ser realizada por personas no calificadas. Debe ser realizada en un centro de servicio.
Tapón cárter para drenaje de aceite
Chequeo de la bujía
(1) Retire la tapa de la bujía y desatornille el tapón usando una llave de tubo
(2) Limpie la bujía minuciosamente o, en caso de que esté corroída o de que haya mucha acumulación, reemplácela.
(3) Regule el huelgo de la bujía a 0.6 – 0.7 mm
(4) Se debe usar un tipo específico de bujía. En este caso el tipo apropiado de bujía es la NHSP LD D8RTC, hecha en China.

Chequeo y limpieza del filtro de aire
Extraiga el filtro de aire y revise si está contaminado
Desmontaje:
Limpie el filtro con aceite limpio y séquelo con un trapo.
Remoje el elemento del filtro en lubricante limpio y séquelo con el trapo.
Aceite recomendado: 15W/40QE
Precaución:
El elemento del filtro debe estar intacto o si no el motor atrapará polvo y tierra y su vida útil disminuirá.
Al momento de lavar el vehículo, se debe evitar que ingrese agua al filtro.
Se debe limpiar el filtro de forma cuidadosa sin torcerlo para prevenir que se quiebre. Nunca lo lave ni con gasolina ni con aceites volátiles
ácidos, alcalinos u orgánicos, puesto que provocan su deterioro. Como consecuencia, el efecto del agente adhesivo (ilegible). Reemplace el
elemento del filtro si se quiebra o agrieta.
Reanudación de uso después de almacenamiento

1. Retire la cubierta e incline el vehículo. Cambie el aceite del motor si el vehículo lleva más de 4 meses sin usarse.
2. Drene del tanque de combustible el aceite anti óxido restante, para luego llenarlo con gasolina nueva.
3. Se deben realizar todos los chequeos requeridos antes de conducir. Se recomienda probar a baja velocidad y en lugares seguros su
rendimiento antes de conducir normalmente.

Instrucciones para almacenamiento
Existe una serie de medidas preventivas que deben tomarse si la motocicleta no va a ser utilizado por periodos largos de tiempo. Tales medidas
ayudan a prevenir fallos en el funcionamiento y daños causados por un almacenamiento prolongado. También, previo a guardar la motocicleta
por un largo tiempo, se le debe brindar mantenimiento apropiado en caso de que, cuando se vuelva a utilizar, el usuario olvide hacerlo.
1. Cambie el aceite de motor y el filtro del aceite.
2. Deje que el combustible se drene del tanque y del carburador, rocíe el aceite anti óxido en aerosol en la pared interior del tanque y luego
ciérrelo.
Atención:
Si el almacenamiento va a durar más de un mes, es muy importante que el combustible sea drenado por completo del carburador. De esta
manera se asegura que el carburador conserve su rendimiento normal luego de que la moto sea guardada.
Advertencia:
La gasolina podría causar incendios e incluso explosiones. Por lo tanto, no fume ni esté cerca de fuego mientras esté drenando el combustible.
3. Retire la bujía. Vierta en el cilindro entre 15 y 20 ml de aceite de motor limpio y pise la palanca de arranque repetidas veces para que el aceite
se distribuya por todo el motor. Por último, coloque de nuevo la bujía.
Atención:
Mientras se está pisando el pedal de arranque, el interruptor de ignición debe estar en posición (X) (off).
Para evitar daños al sistema de ignición la bujía tiene que estar metida en su tapa y puesta a tierra.
4. Lave el vehículo, séquelo con un trapo y aplique una capa uniforme de cera en la superficie pintada y una capa de aceite anti óxido en la
superficie cromada.
5. Infle la llanta según lo requerido y monte la motocicleta sobre bloques de madera, de forma que ambos neumáticos queden suspendidos
del suelo.
6. Guarde el vehículo en un lugar oscuro y fresco, donde no haya humedad y donde los rayos de sol no entren de forma directa. Cubra
adecuadamente (no use plástico ni materiales con pintura). De haber un garaje se recomienda que la motocicleta se guarde allí.

Ajuste del cable del acelerador

Asegúrese que las contratuercas y las tuercas de ajuste del cable del acelerador funcionen con normalidad.
Verifique que el puño del acelerador permita el juego libre (movimiento) requerido.
El juego libre requerido es de entre 2 y 6 mm. Si el puño no permite tal movimiento, gire la tuerca de ajuste según sea necesario.
*Después del ajuste, encienda el motor y revise el juego libre de nuevo. Repita el ajuste de ser necesario hasta que permita el juego libre
requerido.
Ajuste del carburador
Los pasos para el ajuste del ralentí son
1. Apoyar el vehículo usando un soporte
2. Ajustar el ralentí con el tornillo de tope (1) a 1500 ± 150rpm.
Precaución:
No intente arreglar problemas del carburador ajustando el ralentí. En caso de que el carburador presente alguna anomalía, llévelo a un
centro de servicio.
Los ajustes al ralentí deben hacerse únicamente cuando el motor esté caliente o 10 minutos después de que la motocicleta haya dejado
de utilizarse.

Chequeo y ajuste de la holgura de la válvula de aire
-Si la holgura de la válvula de aire es muy grande se producirá un ruido y si es muy pequeña, o si no hay holgura del todo, el cerrar la válvula
se dificultará. Esto causará que la válvula se queme y que su función sea afectada. Por lo tanto, se debe revisar la holgura de la válvula de aire
periódicamente.
Se debe inspeccionar y ajustar la holgura de la válvula de aire con el motor frío y por medio de los siguientes procedimientos:
(1) Quite las tapas del orificio central y del superior (orificio de sincronización) en la cubierta izquierda del cárter.
(2) Retire las tapas de las dos válvulas de aire de la culata.
(3) Inserte la llave “T” en el orificio central de la cubierta del cárter, empújela con fuerza contra la tuerca del volante del motor y luego gire el
volante en sentido de las manecillas del reloj hasta que la marca “T” grabada en el volante del motor esté alineada con la línea grabada en la
parte superior de la cubierta del cárter. Agite el balancín ligeramente. Si el balancín está suelto (lo cual indica la existencia de holgura) entonces
el pistón está en punto muerto superior en la carrera de compresión, donde la válvula se puede ajustar. Si el balancín se encuentra ajustado
entonces el pistón está en el punto muerto inferior de la carrera de compresión. Si es este el caso, gire continuamente la llave “T” en sentido de
las manecillas del reloj 360 grados hasta alcanzar la alineación de las marcas mencionadas. Posteriormente, verifique la holgura de la válvula
insertando un medidor de espesor en medio del tornillo de ajuste de la válvula y del extremo de la válvula.
La holgura que se especifica para la válvula de aire es 0.05 mm para las válvulas de escape y de admisión respectivamente.
Lavado del vehículo

Lavar el vehículo regularmente contribuye a que el color de la carrocería se destiña a paso lento y facilita revisar si tiene daños o fugas de aceite.
Precaución:
Lavar el vehículo con agua a presión puede causar daños a los componentes. Por lo tanto, no aplique agua a presión de manera directa sobre
las siguientes partes:
— Cubo de rueda
— Mufla
— Tanque de combustible y parte inferior del cojín

— Medidores
(1) Después de limpiar con un trapo, lave el vehículo con agua limpia para eliminar residuos y así prevenir corrosión. Lave los componentes con
un trapo o con una espuma mojada de detergente neutro. Lave después con agua limpia.
(2) Después de que el vehículo se secó al aire, engrase la cadena y encienda el motor al ralentí durante unos cuantos minutos.
(3) Antes de conducir, revise con cuidado el sistema de frenos y haga las reparaciones o ajustes necesarios, si alguno.
[Pasos para engrasar la cadena de transmisión]

1. Apague el motor.
2. Añada un poco de lubricante o grasa para cadena a la cadena de transmisión.
Atención:
Cuando el eje del neumático trasero se haya movido al límite de ajuste, si el “sobrante” de cadena está causando problemas, por favor
reemplace la cadena por una nueva.

Revisión de frenos
(1) Levante los frenos delanteros y traseros respectivamente y revise si las zapatas están desgastadas. Si el “ ” en el freno de tambor está
alineado con el “ ” de la leva del freno entonces las zapatas están completamente desgastadas y deben ser reemplazadas.
(2) Lleve su vehículo a un centro de servicio para que se encarguen de tal reemplazo. Se recomienda que para tal fin se usen partes fabricadas
por nuestra compañía.
Ajuste del freno delantero

1. El juego libre de la palanca del freno delantero es de 10 – 20 mm, tal y como lo muestra la imagen de la derecha.
2. Para ajustarlo, gire la tuerca de ajuste que se encuentra debajo del cubo delantero. Hágalo en sentido de las manecillas del reloj para
aumentar el juego libre y en sentido contrario para disminuirlo.
3. Otra manera de hacerlo es ajustando la tuerca de ajuste en el manubrio. Hágalo en el sentido de las manecillas del reloj para aumentar el
juego libre y en sentido contrario para disminuir.
4. Luego de hacer el ajuste, se debe socar la contratuerca.

Ajuste del freno trasero

Para ser revisado, el vehículo debería estar apoyado sobre el soporte central.
1. El pedal del freno trasero tiene un juego libre de 20 – 30 mm
2. Para ajustarlo, gire la tuerca de ajuste trasera. Hágalo en sentido
de las manecillas del reloj para disminuir el juego libre y en sentido
contrario para aumentarlo.
Ajuste de la cadena
1. En caso de que necesite regulación, afloje la tuerca del eje trasero.
2. Gire las tuercas de ajuste de la cadena, que se encuentran tanto a la derecha como a la izquierda, para ajustar la tensión de la cadena y así
alinear la marca del ajustador de la cadena con las líneas grabadas en la misma posición, que se encuentran también en ambos lados.
3. Ajuste la contratuerca y la tuerca del eje trasero a la torsión de 35-50Nm.
4. Revise la tensión de la cadena en repetidas ocasiones.
5. Cuando el neumático trasero se cambia de posición y se ajusta la cadena, el juego libre del freno trasero se verá alterado. Por lo tanto,
después de realizar dichos ajustes, el freno debería de ser revisado y, de ser necesario, regulado.

I. SAFE DRIVE
SAFE DRIVE
Rules for Safe Drive
Check must be conducted, before starting the engine, to prevent mishaps and damage to components.
Only the qualified person who has passed the drive examination with a drive license is permitted to drive the
vehicle but not anybody else without a drive license.
Full preoccupation is required during drive, paying attention to the following points to avoid any possible
hurt to you by other motorized vehicles:
Do not drive too close to other vehicles;
Never contend for lane.
Strictly observe the local traffic rules.
As driving at overspeed is the cause of many accidents, do not drive at a speed that the actual situation does not permit.
Particular care should be exercised at the level crossing of roads, entrance and exit of parking lot or on the
automobile lane.
During drive, grasp the left handlebar by the left hand and the throttle twist grip by the right hand, with feet
on the footrests. .

Protective wear
1. Protective wear such as helmet’ with protective mask, dustproof glasses and gloves should be worn during drive for the sake of pasonal sfety.
2. Loose clothes are not suitable for motorcycle drive or ride as they may get caught on the operating lever, kick lever, footrest or wheel, resulting
in danger.

IV. OPERATION
Fuel Cock
(1) Fuel filling
The capacity of the fuel tank is 6 ‘L in total including LPL of reserve. open the lock cover of the fuel tank and fill fuel through the opening, and
then close the tank by the cover with the two on them in good alignment.
Operation of the fuel cock (the valve of fuel tank)
ON:With the handle of the fuel cock to “ ON” position, the fuel circuit is through for fuel supply.
OFF:With the handle of the fuel cock to “ OFF” position. the fuel circuit is cut off without supply.
RES: With the handle of the fuel cock to “ RES” position, the fuel is supplied from the reserve. (Note: The reserved fuel can only be used when
the normal supply is run out) In this case, refueling should be carried out as soon as possible, for there is only some 1.0L of fuel reserve for use.

Warning: Never start the engine in a closed place or warehouse or warehouse as the exhausted gas from the vehicle contains toxic carbon
monoxide.

* Running-in of Engine
The first 1000km drive is for running-in of th vehicle, where attention shall be paid to the followin points:
1 .It is strictly prohibited to drive it carrying goods or climbing steep slope. The motorcycle shal not be driven continuously for more than 50km,t
driving speed to be increased moderately.
2.The engine shall be warmed up for 3-5 minu prior to each drive so as to have the runnin components lubricated sufficiently.
3.The driving speed shalt not be over 40km/ho maximum durinsr the first 500km drive and not over Ei55km maximum deriving the second
500km drive.

Gear Shifting
A mode of gear shifting is employed for this motorcycle.
The throttle shall be shut up before gear shifting and it is forbidden to shift gear with the throttle unclosced.
Gears shall be shifted gently but precisely home position. It is not allowed to place your foot on the gear-shifting pedal during drive to avoid
damaging the clutch caused by sudden gear shifting accidentally. Legend for the right figure:

Points for Attention during Drive Cambio de marchas
Pay attention to the following aspects
1. Avoid unnecessary idling of the engine and it is not allowed,in particular, to have it idling at a high speed. Otherwise it will damage components
seriously.
2. The clutch will be soon worn out if the motorcycle is driven with the clutch semi-disengaged.
3. Shift to the low speed gear when feeling that the power is not strong enoush on climbing.
4. It is forbidden to use the front brake only or to coast by the neutral gear especially when descending ordriving at high speed.
5. 0n braking, narrow the throttle, disengage the clutch at the same time and then apply the brake.

V. Checks-ups, adjustments and maintenance
Lubricating Oil Checking
The vehicle should be checked for en-gine lubrication oil before drive each day.
The oil level should be between the up¬per and lower lines of the oil gauge fitted in a screw plug, which is on the right cover of the crankcase.
1.Set the motorcycle on ground verti-cally, screw off the oil gage plug, wipe the oil gage rod clean and then insert the unit into the crankcase
again to check the oil level. To do this,there is no need to screw the oil gage plug into its hole in the crank-case.
2.Add lubricating oil up to the upper line when needed,but do not overfill.
3.Finally screw on the oil gage plug tightly.

Caution:
Never start the engine when there is insufficient lubricating oil, Other-wise, it will cause harm to the engine.
Lubricating Oil Recom-mended
The lubricating oil is an important factor affecting the performance and service life of the engine. For this ve-hicle is used the gasoline engine
lubri-cating oil(usually knwn as machine oil for vehicles) specified in China Na-tional Standard GB485-8l It is not per-mitted to use ordinary
machine oil, wg¬etable oil or crude castor oil.
Lubricating oils of different viscos-ity shall be employed in different re gions and at different temperatures.
For details, please see the attached chart.

Resumption of Service
TRemove the covering and clean the vehicle. Change the lubricating oil if the vehicle has been off service for over 4 months.
CD Charge the battery and remount it.
(Drain off the antirust solution from the fuel tank, followed by filling fuel therein to the required level. (4) Prior to driving,test the vehicle at low
speed in a safe place.

Cleaning of Machine Oil Tank

(1) Drain off all the run-in machine oil from the oil tank.
(2) Dismount the related parts.
(3) Wash clean all the related parts.
(4) Fill in the required oil.
* This job should not be done by untrained persons but shall be done at an authorized service center.
Screw plug for oil draining
Check-up of Spark Plug

(1) Remove the cap of spark plug and screw off the spark plug by the plug wrench.
(2) Clean the spark plug all around or replace it if it is corroded or there is too much deposit on it.
(3) Regulate the gap of the spark plug to 0.6- 0.7mtn.
(4) The spark plug of the designated type should be used. The applicable type of spark plug: NHSP LD D8RTC made in China.

Check-up & Cleaning of Air Filter
Take out the air filter and check if it is contaminated.
Dismounting:
Wash the filter in clean washing oil and wipe it dry with dry cloth. Soak the filter element in clean machine oil, Squeeze it dry cloth. Recommended
oil: 15W/40QE
Caution:
The air filter element for use must be intact or the engine will suck in dust and dirt, resulting in shorter service life of the engine.
Water should be prevented from entering into the filter in washing the vehicle,
The filter element shall be cleaned gently without twisting to prevent it from cracking. Never was it with gasoline or any acid, alkaline or organic
volatile oil to avoid its aging, which will result in ri more effect of the adhesive agent. Replace the filter element with a new one if it is broken or
crackeC
Resumption of use after storage

1. Remove the covering and lean the vehicle. Change the engine oil if the vehicle has been off service for over 4 months.
2. Drain off the remaining atomized antirust oil from the fule tank, followed by filling it with fresh gasoline therein.
3. Prior to driving, all the rekj;:ired check-ups must be made. It is better to drive it at a low speed in a place of traffic safety to test its performance
before normal drive.

Instructions for Storage
For the motorcycle not to be used for a long period of time,for example,in wintertime, some steps should be taken to prevent malfunction of and
damage to its components whih might be caused by long storage. BeSides, before the long storage, proper maintenance has to be carried out
for fear that it might be forgotten when the vehicle is put back into use after storage_
1. Change engine oil and oil filter.
2. Drain off fuel from the fuel tank and carburetor, spray atomized anti-rust oil onto the inside wall of the tank and then close the tank.
Attention:
If the storage will last for more than one month, fuel in the carburetor must be fully drained off, which is very important because it will help ensure
that the carburetor maintains its monnal performance after the storage.
Warning:
Gasoline is inflammable and may cause fire and even explosion under certain conditions. Therefore, do not smoke, make fire or have any fire
left behind on draining off fuel.
3. Take out the spark plug, plur about 15-20m1 of clean engine oil into the cylinder, step down the kick lever repetitively for several times so as
to have machine oil distributed all over the engine and finally fit the spark plug back on.
Attention:
The ignition switch must be set to “ Cg) “ (off) Position stepping down the kick lever. To protect the ignition system from damage, the spark
plug should be inserted in its cap and earthed.
4. Wash the vehicle clean, wipe it dry and apply an even coat of wax to the painted surface and a coat of antirust oil the chrome-plated surface.
4. Inflate the tyre as required and pad the vehicle up by wooden blocks with the two wheels clear of the ground.
6 . Put the vehicle in a shady and cool place free from humidity and direct sunshine and cover r properly (but not with plastic or other painted
materials). If there is a garage, store it therein.

Adjustment of Throttle Cable

Make sure that the adjusting and lock nuts of the throttle cable work normally.
Check if the throttle twist grip is with the required free operating movement.
The required free operating movement: 2-6mmif the grip can not be so moved frely, turn the adjusting nut to ensrure it.
*After adjustment, start the engine and check for the free operating movement again.Repeat the adjustment if necessary untio it is as required.
Adjustment of Carburetor
The adjusting procedures of idling speed:
1. Support the vehicle by a stand.
2, Adjust the idling speed by the throttle stop screw (1) to 1500 ± ISOrpm.
Caution:
Do not try to cover up any trouble of other parts of the carburetor by adjusting the idling speed. In case of any abnormality with the carburetor,
it has to be rmoved by Service Center.
Adjustment of idling speed shall be made only when the cold engine is warmed up or 10 minutes after the motorcycle is stopped from driving.

Check-up & Adjustment of Air Valve Gap
-Noise will stem from too big gap of the air valve. However if there is too small gap or even no gap at all, closing-of the valve will be hindered,
which will cause bum of the valve and output drop. Therefore, the air valve gap must be checked periodically.
The gap of the air valve shout(‘ be inspected and adjusted with a cold engine by the following procedures:
(1) Remove the caps of the central hole’ and the top hole (the ignition timing observation hole) in the left crankcase coven
(2) Remove the caps of the.two air valves on the cylinder head.
(3) Insert the “T” key into the central hole of the crankcase cover, jam it against the nut of the flying wheel and then turn the flying wheel
clockwise until the engraved “T” mark on the flying wheel aligns’with the engraved line on the top of the crankcase cover. Swing the rocking arm
slightly. A loose rocking arm (which indicates the existence of clearance) shows that the piston is in the upper stop position of the compressing
stroke, where the valve can be adjusted. A tight rocking arm means that the piston is in the lower stop position of the compressing stroke. In
this case, continuously turn the 7” key clockwise for 360 degrees until the alignment .of those engraved marks, where the valve can be adjusted.
Afterwards, check the valve gap by inserting a feeler in between the valve adjusting screw and the end of the valve.
The specified air valve gap: 0.05mm for the intake and exhaust valves respectively.

Caution:
Washing the motorcycle with over-pressurized water may cause damage to some of its components. Therefore, do not jet over-pressurized
water directly on to the following parts:
— Wheel hub
— Exhaust pipe
— Fuel tank and lower portion of cushion

— Carburetor
— Head lock and ignition switch
— Meters
(1) After pre-wiping, the vehicle should be washed with clean water to remove dirty residues so as to prevent corrosion. Plastic subassemblies
should be cleaned by wiping with cloth or foam soaked in neutral detergent solution, followed by washing with clean water.
(2) After the cleaned vehicle is air dried, grease the chain and run the engine at idling speed for a few minutes.
(3) Prior to driving, carefully check the braking system repeatedly and repair or adjust it if necessary.

1.Shut off the engine.
2.Add some machine oil or chain grease to the driving chain.
Attention:
When the rear wheel axil has mored to the back adjusting limit, if excess loose be cause of wea to the driving chain, please change with a new
one.

Brake Checking
(1) pull up the front and rearbrakes respectively and check for wear of the brake shoes. If the me “ “ on the brake drum cover aligns with that
“ “ on the brake cam, it means that the brake shoes already worn to the limit and have to be replaced.
(2) Replacement should be carried out at a designated service center and it is recommended that parts made by, our company are used therein.
Adjustment of Front Brake

1.The front brake lever has a free operating movement of 10-20mm as shown in the figure on the right side.
2,The adjustment shall be carried out by turning the adjusting nut beneath the front hub, clockwise to increase and counterclockwise to
decreade the free operating movement.
3.1t can also be adjusted by turning the front adjusting nut on the handlebar, clockwise to increase and counterclockwise to decrease the free
operating movement.
4.The loce nut has to be tightened after adjustment.

Adjustment of Rear Brake

The Vehicle shoule b e supported for check by the side stand.
1. The rear brake pedal has a free operating movement of 20-30mm.
2. To make adjustment,turn the rear adjusting nut clockwise to reduce and counterclockwise to increase the free operating movement of the
brake pedal.
Adjustment of Chain
1. When regulation is needed, loosen the rear axle nut
2. Turn the chail adjusting nuts on the left and right sides to adjust the tension of the chain to align the marking of the chai adjuster with the
engraved lines i the similar position,on both sides.
3.Tighten the lock nut and re axle nut by a torque of 35-50Nm.
4. Repetitively check the tensi of the chain.
5. When the rear wheel i changed in position and the chai adjusted, the free operatin movement of the rear brake ped will be affected, which
,therefore, should be checked thereafter an also regulated if necessary.
