• Nos queda claro, el mundo está cambiando (ya cambió) debido a Covid-19. No estamos
aquí para contarte la misma historia, sino para mirar más allá del ciclo actual de
noticias. ¿Qué cambios fundamentales están aquí para quedarse?, ¿cómo se van a poner
patas pa arriba las industrias? y ¿qué opciones estratégicas tiene que ir a la ofensiva?.
• En este informe destacado nos fijamos en:

• Se espera que el aislamiento forzado y las restricciones de distanciamiento social,
implementadas durante la crisis de salud de Covid-19, tengan un efecto duradero en el
mundo tal como lo conocemos.
• En solo unas pocas semanas, la sociedad ya ha sufrido una importante revisión en la
forma en que las empresas y los ciudadanos viven y trabajan. Es realmente
impresionante cuán adaptable puede ser la especie humana cuando sea necesario.
• Pero con cada día que pasa y con cada poco de tiempo extra agregado a nuestro
confinamiento, cada vez es más difícil para nosotros volver a ser como antes.
• Eso no quiere decir que este nuevo mundo será mejor o peor. Sólo diferente.
• Con muchos comportamientos inducidos por el aislamiento que se convierten en
hábitos arraigados que marcan el comienzo de un conjunto completamente nuevo de
normas sociales.
• Durante este período de afluencia, algunas empresas prosperarán en este cambio y
alcanzarán un éxito acelerado, mientras que otras tendrán dificultades para encontrar su
equilibrio en todo el caos.
• No importa qué. Todos estamos listos para un período de aprendizaje rápido, marcado
por muchos altibajos y la incertidumbre económica.

PASO 3 - VE A LA OFENSIVA
• Somos conscientes de que existe una gran presión para mitigar los
riesgos actuales, pero le recomendamos encarecidamente que
comience a planear la próxima fase.
• Especialmente porque podemos suponer con seguridad que los
próximos años serán puntuados por las réplicas a la economía que
deberán tenerse en cuenta continuamente.
• Muchas de las industrias que se han mantenido estables durante
décadas ahora están abiertas para dar un giro.
• Los motores rápidos y decisivos serán los que finalmente ganen.

PASO 4 - HAZ QUE SUCEDA
• Nadie puede predecir el futuro, solo podemos prepararnos para ello. Es por
eso que le advertimos que planee varios escenarios: lo bueno, lo malo y lo
feo, mientras navega por un camino hacia lo que es más probable que ocurra.
• Recuerde que la economía Low Touch continuará creciendo y cambiando,
especialmente a medida que nos preparemos para las próximas olas de
incertidumbre (por ejemplo, calentamiento global, guerras de precios del
petróleo, aumento del nacionalismo, una recesión inminente).
• También habrá réplicas a la macroeconomía y la geopolítica que deberán
tenerse en cuenta.
• Pero si esta crisis nos ha enseñado algo, es que incluso en nuestros
momentos más oscuros, cuando nos vemos obligados a evitar nuestra
necesidad de conexión y contacto, los humanos somos resistentes y el mundo
siempre encontrará una manera de brillar.
LO QUE SERÁ Y NO SERÁ DIFERENTE

1. No se esperan cambios posteriores a la corona
(ejemplos)
Incluso con algunas ramificaciones a corto plazo del distanciamiento social y físico, muchos aspectos de
nuestro mundo post-codicioso volverán rápidamente a la normalidad.
• Las escuelas se abrirán nuevamente . Siempre que sea posible, serán clases más pequeñas, salas más grandes y medidas de
higiene adicionales. Pero los niños son resistentes y muy pronto el deseo de volver a aprender y jugar con otros anulará gran
parte de los comportamientos aprendidos durante el encierro.
• Los trabajadores regresarán a la oficina . No todos trabajarán o pueden continuar trabajando desde casa indefinidamente,
lo que resultará en que muchos empleados regresen a sus oficinas y vuelvan a sus rutinas diarias de trabajo. Una vez más,
podrían aplicarse algunas restricciones adicionales, como medidas de higiene adicionales y más flexibilidad en los horarios,
pero es seguro asumir que la vida profesional después del Corona no será 100% remota.
• La salud y el bienestar seguirán siendo las principales prioridades. Los hospitales seguirán siendo un centro activo mucho
después de que el virus haya sido controlado. Por un lado, los consumidores adoptarán servicios remotos y telemedicina
para sus necesidades de atención médica. Los consumidores que han estado haciendo a un lado y evitando recibir
tratamiento por dolencias no relacionadas con Covid y enfermedades crónicas, en algún momento deberán regresar a los
hospitales para recibir tratamiento.
2. Cambios mínimos esperados después de la
corona (ejemplos)
Tendremos que volver a imaginar, pero no revisar por completo, muchas situaciones en las que no se pueden
evitar grandes reuniones o interacciones físicas cercanas.
• El comercio minorista tendrá limitaciones . Muchos minoristas podrán gestionar las preocupaciones de distanciamiento social
limitando la cantidad de personas por tienda en un momento dado e incluso extendiendo sus horarios de apertura,
manteniendo la experiencia de compra muy similar. El verdadero cambio vendrá en el backend, donde las cadenas de
suministro y los canales de comercio electrónico crearán una barrera para que los minoristas brinden una experiencia sin
fricciones.
• Una nueva guía de etiqueta . Muchos rituales diarios cambiarán de forma o simplemente se disolverán. No esperes muchos
apretones de manos en el corto plazo. Incluso rechazar un apretón de manos ya no puede considerarse grosero o una falta de
respeto. Evitar a los extraños cambiando de lado de una calle concurrida será aceptado como algo educado. Y, por supuesto, las
máscaras se convertirán en nuestra protección del mundo exterior.
• Lente crítica sobre el transporte . El mundo después de Covid-19 verá muchos menos viajes de negocios y muchas más
reuniones remotas. Las personas considerarán el beneficio de reunirse en persona contra el riesgo de tomar el transporte
público. Eso no quiere decir que los trenes, aviones y trenes subterráneos se evitarán por completo, sino que las precauciones
de salud necesarias para sentirse a gusto durante estos viajes diarios serán una carga adicional que los consumidores deben
tener en cuenta.
3. Cambios significativos esperados
después de la corona (ejemplos)
Lamentablemente, no todo pasará desapercibido y será necesario realizar cambios significativos para
garantizar el éxito económico en el futuro. Ciertos aspectos de nuestra sociedad después de la crisis de
Covid-19 no pasarán desapercibidos.
Interacciones similares en mostradores de información y cajeros verán pantallas transparentes
adicionales. Esos complementos a la infraestructura de servicio existente se colocarán rápidamente y no
encajarán con el resto del diseño interior. Nuevamente, no podrá apartar la vista de esos paneles.
• Transparencia en salud . Los controles de salud se volverán cada vez más comunes. Si bien puede
parecer normal ser examinado en el aeropuerto, ¿cómo se sentirá que se revise su salud cuando deje a
sus hijos en la escuela o antes de ingresar a una reunión de negocios? ¿Qué tipo de estigmas se
colocarán en aquellos que reciben un examen de salud fallido? Teniendo en cuenta que la tecnología
siempre proporcionará falsos negativos.
• Comienzo del teatro de higiene . Muchas compañías cambiarán a algún tipo de teatro de higiene para
mostrar que están completamente listas para el mundo después de Corona. Espere procedimientos de
limpieza muy visibles en hostelería y venta minorista. Con marcas de alto perfil que utilizan su enfoque
de limpieza como una herramienta de relaciones públicas para su negocio.
• Esta lista es cada vez mayor y tendrá un impacto diferente en cada una de nuestras industrias. ¿Qué
