options for air treatment, according to the more stringent standards of ISO 8573. Air dryers, ver-
tical condensate separators and a large line of air filters, offer an efficient and low cost solution
with a large increase on sales in the compressed air segment.
La mejor calidad que compone la línea de compresores Schulz, ahora se extiende en una amplia
gama deopciones de recursos para el tratamiento de aire comprimido, de acuerdo con los es-
tándares más rigurosos de la norma ISO 8573. Secadores de aire, separadores de condensado
verticales y una gran línea de filtros, entre otros, ofrecen una opción eficiente, de bajo costo y con
gran posibilidad de aumento de las ventas en el segmento de aire comprimido.

Extremely useful in the compressed air distribution system, the SCS Condensate Separators Schulz,
contribute to the efficiency of the treatment and air network, damping pulsations, favoring
condensation, stabilizing the pressure, regularizing loading and relief cycles and supplying
Sudden volumetric demands or consumption peaks. They are equipped with internal baffle plate for
thermal exchange of pressurized fluid and safety inspection windows.
Extremadamente útil en el sistema de distribución de aire comprimido, los Separadores de Condensado

SCS Schulz, contribuyen a la eficacia del tratamiento de la red de aire, amortiguación de pulsaciones,
favoreciendo la condensación, la estabilización de regulación de los ciclos y el alivio de la carga de la
presión y el suministro de demandas repentinas o picos de consumo volumétrico. Están dotados de
placa deflectora interna para intercambio térmico de fluido presurizado y ventanas de inspección de
seguridad.

When the application of compressed air requires dry air, the SRS SCHULZ and SRS COMPACT air dryers lines
are the perfect choice for all your needs. With a volumetric capacity of 20 to 240 pcm, they are adaptable
to all versions of reciprocating piston and rotary screw compressors from 5 up to 40hp. Such a volumetric
feature allows them to be installed as an air treatment resource in generation systems or points of use, on
a smaller scale. Its compact enclosures make it easy to install in a single-phase network at any point in the
distribution circuit.
Cuando la aplicación de aire comprimido requiere de aire seco, los secadores SCHULZ SRS y SRS COMPACT
son la elección perfecta para todas las necesidades. Con capacidades volumétricas desde 20 a 240 CFM, son
adaptables a todas las versiones de los compresores de pistón y rotativos de tornillos, desde 5 hasta 40 HP de
potencia. Tal característica volumétrica permite que sean instalados como recurso de tratamiento de aire en
sistemas de generación o puntos de uso en un sistema de menor escala. Sus cabinas son compactas y hacen
más fácil la instalación en el suministro eléctrico de una sola fase, en cualquier punto de la cadena de distribu-

Since 1963, Schulz is a company that is constantly evolving. Initially, its activities
were focused on foundry, and in 1972, it started producing air compressors. First,
there were just only models, which soon would become the largest and most com-
plete line produced in Brazil. In 1984, Schulz products were already present through-
out Latin America, Central America and in the US.
Following its path of development, in 1989 the company started the production of
rotary screw compressors, competing in this market with the world’s largest brands.
In 1999, Schulz of America, Inc was created in Atlanta, Georgia, with a warehouse,
a sales team and a technical staff trained at the headquarters in Brazil, definitively
conquering its space inNorth America.
Currently, Schulz has a modern industrial park where it develops diaphragm compres-
sors, piston reciprocating compressors and rotary-screw compressors. Constantly
evolving, improving processes and investing in the specialization of its professionals,
Schulz became a leader in the manufacture of air compressors in Latin America.
Certified with the most demanding international quality certifications, it has been con-
quering relevant markets. Schulz is now present in more than 70 countries on all con-
