    THE HEART.

    The heart is an organ about the size of


    a fist. It is made up of muscle tissue
    and pumps blood throughout the
    body.

    The heart has thirteen parts, some


    are:
     Aorta.
     Right atrium.
     Left atrium.
     Left ventricle.
     Right ventricle.

    Where is the heart located in the


    human body?
    The heart is in the center of the chest,
    near the lungs.
    What to do to take care of our heart:

    1.- Eat healthy.


    2.- Drink a lot of water.
    3.- Exercise.
    4.- Control the weight.
    5.- Do not consume excess salt and
    fat.
    6.- Go to the doctor in case of pain.
    The heart is a very important organ because it keeps us alive.
    The heart pumps blood to all parts of the body through blood vessel.
    Each time your heart beats, it is pumping blood.
    The heart of each person is about the same size as his or her fist.
    The heart is located in the thorax, and it is protected by the ribs of the rib cage.
    To have a healthy heart, it is necessary to eat well by avoiding fat and salt, eating more fruits and vegetables and drinking milk.
    Exercising is also very good for the heart.

    El corazón es un órgano muy importante porque nos mantiene vivos.


    El corazón bombea sangre a todas las partes del cuerpo a través de los vasos sanguíneos.
    Cada vez que tu corazón late, está bombeando sangre.
    El corazón de cada persona es aproximadamente del mismo tamaño que su puño.
    El corazón está ubicado en el tórax y está protegido por las costillas de la caja torácica.

    Para tener un corazón sano es necesario comer bien evitando grasas y sal, comiendo más frutas y verduras y bebiendo leche.

    El ejercicio también es muy bueno para el corazón.

    Que hay que hacer para cuidar nuestro corazón:

    3.- Hacer ejercicio.
