Introduction
The concepts of ethics, culture of legality and rule of law are fundamental in the
organization and functioning of civilized societies. Each of them contributes essential
elements for the construction of a just community, respectful of individual rights and
cohesive. In this context, it is important to explore both the similarities and
differences between these concepts and how they apply in people's daily lives.
Ethics relates to the personal principles and values that guide our actions and
decisions. It is rooted in morality and is a constant reminder of how we should behave
and treat others. In daily life, ethics influence our interpersonal relationships, our
decisions at work, and our contribution to society at large. The culture of legality, on
the other hand, focuses on promoting respect for and compliance with the laws and
regulations of a society. The rule of law is a broader framework that states that all
people, including rulers, are subject to laws and that power is exercised according
to a legal framework.

Ethics, the culture of legality, and the rule of law are related in the sense that they all
involve normative and value elements, but focus on different aspects of conduct and
governance. Ethics focuses on personal and moral principles, the culture of legality
promotes respect for laws and the rule of law refers to the legal system and ensuring
equality and justice in a society. Ethics, the culture of legality and the rule of law are
related but distinct concepts in the context of governance and social conduct.

distinct in their approach, converge in their goal of establishing just and rule-abiding
societies. In daily life, its application involves making ethical decisions, respecting
laws, and relying on a legal system that ensures equality and justice for all. These
