Fever Tickets Are All Mobile!
Mobile ticketing provides convenience and security like never before. Learn how to manage your tickets with the Fever App.

Managing Your Tickets
Step 1

After downloading the Fever App, open the app and select Tickets from the menu ribbon, located at the bottom.
Step 2

Select Sign in to Fever to sign into your season ticket account.
Step 3

Login with the email and password associated to your season ticket account.
NOTE You will have the opportunity to link your Ticketmaster account for any single game purchases made at ticketmaster.com.
Transferring Your Tickets
Step 1

After downloading the Fever App, open the app and select Tickets from the menu ribbon, located at the bottom.
Step 2

Select Go To Tickets to view tickets in your account.
Step 3

A list of your events will be displayed for you to manage. Select the event you’d like to manage.
Step 4

Select Transfer at the bottom.
Step 5

Select the ticket(s) you'd like to transfer. Then select Continue on the bottom right.
NOTE Tickets can be transferred until 90 minutes after game time.
Step 6

Choose Select from Contacts or Manually Enter a Recipient.
NOTE Fans can only transfer to a mobile number when transferring via a mobile phone.
Step 7

If manually entering recipient, enter name and mobile number and select Transfer in the bottom right corner.
Using Mobile Parking
Step 1

After downloading the Fever App, open the app and select Tickets from the menu ribbon, located at the bottom.
Step 2

Select Sign in to Fever to sign into your season ticket account.
Step 3

After logging in, you will return to the Fever App Tickets tab. Select Go To Tickets to view tickets and parking in your account.
Step 4

A list of your events will be displayed for you to manage. Select the event you’d like to manage.
Step 5

Once selected, you will have the option to Add to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, Scan Barcode, or Transfer.
Step 6

Upon arrival in the Virginia Avenue Parking Garage, select View Barcode.
Step 7

This barcode will be scanned by parking staff for garage admittance.
Step 8

To transfer a parking pass, select Transfer at the bottom of the event that you are managing.
Step 9

Select the pass you intend to transfer and click Continue.
Step 10

You may then select from your contacts or manually enter a recipient.
Step 11

If manually entering a recipient, complete the required fields and select “Transfer ticket”.
Accessing Mobile Wallet
Step 1

Under the My Wallet section of the Arena tab, your Fever Team Store Season Ticket Holder discount percentage will be displayed.
Step 2

To apply your Loyalty Credits (if applicable), a Fever Team Store member will scan this barcode during checkout.
Step 3

To apply your discount, a Fever Team Store team member will scan this barcode during checkout.
Transferring Loyalty Credit
Step 1

Under the My Wallet section of the Arena tab, your Fever Team Store Season Ticket Holder discount percentage will be displayed.
Step 2

You can view your Loyalty Credits to use for purchase or transfer.
Step 3

Click Transfer Credit to transfer loyalty credits.
Step 4

Input the recipient’s information and desired amount. Press send to continue.
Step 5

Confirm your loyalty credit transfer by pressing Confirm.
Step 6

You will receive a confirmation message outlining the transfer details.

Why are we doing this?
The Indiana Fever are joining the growing number of professional sports teams using mobile tickets as the preferred delivery option. Mobile Entry is the easiest and safest way to access tickets to your event(s), providing flexibility to manage your ticket(s), quick entry and increased security protection against fraudulent tickets.
I don’t use them personally, how do I go about giving these to family, friends, clients, or employees?
Transferring is easy! You’ll just need your guest’s name and email to transfer. Please note that screenshots are not valid.
What if my entire party isn’t with me when I’m ready to enter?
We recommend transferring each individual attendee their ticket via the Indiana Fever app.
I forwarded tickets, but my guest can no longer make it. Can I cancel the transfer?
Your ticket(s) can be reclaimed if your guest has not accepted the offer. If your guest has already accepted the offer, (s)he will need to transfer the ticket(s) back to you. Once you accept the ticket(s), they will then be loaded back to your account and available to manage.
What if I don’t have a smartphone or my phone is broken?
Please contact your Service Representative for further assistance. For your convenience, you can also visit the Box Office located in the Entry Pavilion for assistance on game day. Guests will be required to present a valid ID matching the name on the account.
What do I do if there is bad service?
The Indiana Fever app includes offline mode. Once tickets have been added to your account, you will be able to access them regardless of internet connectivity. To ensure seamless entry, we strongly encourage uploading your tickets to your phone’s wallet app (i.e. Apple Wallet or Google Wallet) prior to your arrival.
Will I still be able to print a PDF from home?
No. Tickets are fully digital and only accessible via the Indiana Fever app. Your phone is your ticket.
How can I get a hard copy ticket as a souvenir?
While physical souvenir tickets are not available for printing, we’d like to help you remember your game experience. Feel free to pick up other complimentary souvenir items – including our game day programs upon entry or first game buttons (available at the Box Office or Guest Services).
