Before John Lafia's death, there was an interview and a commentary on a Blu-ray in Germany. I wonder if Scream can get a hold of those. I think the scenes from the TV version were in a "deleted scenes" section on that disc as well. It's two discs, so they might not have the full TV cut and just the scenes on the Blu-ray disc.

This is my favorite film of the series, thus I am elated that not only are we getting it in 4K, but also that it won't be part of some "all or nothing" boxed set with the wildly inferior sequels that followed. Hope the extras will be up to snuff, and I'll definitely pre-order to insure that awesome poster.

Cliff has said before that every time Scream has tried to get the Child's Play sequels, Universal has denied them. Glad to see it's changed.

I imagine it's easier to just focus on the first three for now, but hoping that we'll get the sequels down the road, too.

I would have preferred if Shout waited, and did a big franchise boxed set like Halloween and F13. But I'll probably splurge for the bundle on these. Maybe a box set can come later.
