The best facial ever given to me from Claudia! She is very knowledgeable and sweet! After giving me a lactic peel with collagen she sprayed some oxygen and my skin looked radiant!

The new location is an improvement but don't expect a lush spa experience. Best part is lunch or a drink on the roof deck. See Drew for facials and waxing - by far the best there.

Maja is simply the best for eyebrow wax and facial. Very accommodating and top notch in her field. And friendly to boot.

If you want an amazing facial you should go to Janetta. She's absolutely the best! And don't forget tip in cash. Tips left on the cc are taxed so the technician never gets the full amount :(

Amazing hairstylist that makes you feel like a movie star- Herve. For color, go with the equally wonderful William. Eyebrows? Maja works her magic:-)

Elena is fantastic for eyebrow waxes; she always throws in some lotion, lip balm, and compliments for free! :) good price for a high-end experience

Dissappointed : spa has changed since I was last there, no goodies like tea or snacks and my hour massage was about 42 minutes

Was excited for a spa week facial. Service was beyond disappointing and the technician told me I could ask for her next time if I could afford to come back. I can absolutely afford to but won't.

Dressing rooms are ridiculously tiny and the curtains don't close well. Oh and there is only one toilet. Besides that it is pretty nice.
