Shipping policy

All gemstone orders are shipped the next business day after the order is placed with USPS.

All orders will incur a flat shipping rate of only $9.95 regardless of how much you order. Whether you order 1 item or 100, the shipping rate is the same.

Once the order is shipped out, we only take responsibility for damages / lost packages caused by our own error. This may include (but is not limited to):

• Poor packaging 
• Incorrectly entered customer information (due to our fault)

We do not take responsibility for the following:

• Damage due to poor handling from shipping service
• Incorrectly entered customer information (due to the customer's fault)
• Failed deliveries 

Even if damages / lost packages are not our fault, we always strive to make things right with the customer within reason.
