Make dev.js file inside config folder

Put mongoDB info into dev.js file

Type truffle compile inside the root directory

Type truffle migrate inside the root directory (Deploy smart contracts on connected blockchain network)

Type yarn install inside the root directory (Download server dependencies)

Type yarn install inside the client directory (Download front-end dependencies)

Go back to root directory, and then type npm run dev
