Water Reminder is an extension which will force you to drink water after every hour you spend on your screen.

1. Download extension zip from here
2. Extract the folder
3. Hit chrome://extensions/ in your chrome browser tab
4. Click on load unpacked and select the folder
5. Hurray! You will get Ronaldo in each tab to force you to stay hydrated.

This extension will give a window.alert as below to seek your permission on whether you want to have a reminder or not.
