Changed the order of locaters

Rearranged the order of locater since Homebrew can be used to install Poetry, Anoconda, etc.

Thanks for the fix, will merge this, but before we do I’d like to get some logs to determine why it’s failing for you and working for me

ie it’s possible there are some other issues as well
And would like to identify those
