Unused Boss Attacks Found in Wario Land: Super Mario Land 3

Some unused sprite animations have been found in Wario Land: Super Mario Land 3. In the case of FunFun, the boss seen above, it turns out he had an unused animation where he would actually eat Wario to do damage. For whatever reason, that animation was cut.

There's another animation that didn't make the cut as well. The ghost boss Wario squares off against has a coin purse that coins fly out of. The purse actually has an open/close animation, but that wasn't used either. The coins just pop from the purse's sprite. You can check out the unused sprites here (thanks cm30!)
