Refund policy

Returns
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Greenery market sells floral supplies, to the public, below retail cost and all sales are final. No returns and no exchanges. Please email us prior to finalizing your order with any questions we can assist with. 

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- used in any way or cut apart items

Bulk orders: We highly recommend before buying in bulk that you order 1 single to try it. Because of our “all sales final policy” we highly recommend trying 1 as a “sample”.  This is the best way to not purchase the wrong item in bulk.

Cancelations: Any cancelation for whatever reason, will be subject to a 10% fee. If your order has been picked or packed we may not be able to cancel it. No matter what reason you need us to cancel an order this fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the fee that we pay the payment processing companies regardless if you cancel or return. The minute you hit submit on an order we are charged this fee and it doesn’t get refunded to us just because you want to cancel. We hope you understand. 

Refunds (if applicable)
If for any reason you are submitting for a refund send photos of your product. Make sure we can see the entire product in the photo. Make sure to also include a photo (the entire page) of your packing slip.  We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund amount will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-4 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted that has nothing to do with us.

Sale items (if applicable)
NO returns for any reason on AS IS merchandise. We make every effort to show (photos) and explain in the description the reason for the AS IS pricing. You will see AS IS in the title to alert you of a potential quality challenge. Please read those product description for details. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We need photos of the original item included in your email explaining what’s wrong.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]. For us to cover the shipping of damaged or defective items you MUST get this authorized by us BEFORE sending it back. If you send the product back prior to speaking with us then the shipping cost will not be paid by us. Sending an item back without prior communication from us could result in that product not getting to the correct department and we are not responsible for lost items. Do not send packages back without speaking with us first. 

Gifts
We can not send a box without an invoice inside. If you are purchasing a gift please know it will have the paperwork inside the box.

For shipping something to us please ship to Greenery market LLC, 320 Lincoln Highway West Jeannette, Pa 15644 United States 

If you are shipping anything over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for your return transit if we approved anything being returned.
