AAHS Corporate Partnership Council Program

Industry partners of the AAHS have the unique opportunity to discuss ideas and resources, and to look for avenues of collaboration where the Hand Association and its corporate partners can advance parallel interests and goals through the Corporate Partnership Council.

The CPC of the Hand Association appreciates how quickly healthcare is evolving. There is ongoing consolidation on the provider side of the equation as well as with industry. By working together and having open dialogue, AAHS and its industry partners can collaborate on a variety of matters to continue to promote the education and research of hand surgery and upper extremity care in an aligned and meaningful manner.

Physician and therapist members of AAHS as well as industry partners make up the CPC. Membership to the Corporate Partnership Council is by invitation and offered to industry partners who have demonstrated a strong and longstanding commitment in the promotion of education and research of hand surgery and upper extremity care. Membership follows an annual cycle and CPC members will be asked to identify two contacts for participation in communication and activities. There is no fee to be a member of the AAHS CPC, however a donation to the Hand Surgery Endowment is encouraged.

CPC membership benefits include:

• Opportunities to collaborate on programs and projects which promote hand surgery and upper extremity education, research and patient care
  
  
• An annual meeting with the AAHS Key Opinion Leader Panel providing direct and personal contact with the leadership of the AAHS to discuss corporate landscape, new initiatives, and collaboration opportunities
  
  
• An invitation to join the Board of Directors and the Key Opinion Leader Panel at a reception during the Annual Meeting to communicate in a social environment
  
  
• Ad space and acknowledgement on the AAHS website and newsletter, Hand Association News
  
  
• Recognition in AAHS member communications throughout the year
  
  
• Acknowledgement at the AAHS Annual Meeting
