We received notice from Access Telecare, a third-party business partner who provides telehealth services to Ascension Seton (Texas), of a security incident affecting their systems. Importantly, this incident did not involve Ascension systems, networks, or electronic health records. Importantly, this incident did not involve Ascension systems, networks, or electronic health records.
