What is hipages tradiecore?
hipages is Australia's largest online tradie marketplace. We connect homeowners and businesses with trusted tradies by showing you job leads you can choose to accept.
Our app, hipages tradiecore combines the job leads you receive with job management tools so you can create and send quotes and invoices, schedule appointments and contact customers for your hipages leads and other job leads you source.
The beauty of it is, once you accept a lead in hipages, it’s automatically created as a job in the app, saving you time when doing your business admin.
What is lead credit?
Lead credit is the amount of credit you have each month to accept job leads posted by homeowners. To understand how our lead credit and job lead prices work see our Job Lead Pricing Policy here.
You have the flexibility to top up your lead credit if you run out, or you can move to a higher package with a larger monthly lead credit allowance.
How do I get access to the hipages tradiecore app?
Once you’ve signed up with hipages, we’ll email you your login details for the hipages tradiecore app.
Head to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to download the hipages tradiecore app.
How do I get leads from your business partners like Bunnings and IKEA?
hipages partners with Bunnings Warehouse, IKEA and more. Our partners' customers have jobs they need tradies to help with. These exclusive job leads can only be accessed once you, as a hipages customer, join one of these partner programs, which you can do through the hipages tradiecore app.
How do I set up my Business profile on the hipages directory?
When you sign up to hipages, you get your own Business profile page to add information about your business and showcase photos of your best work.
Once a job is completed we ask for a recommendation from the job poster to display on your profile which helps to build trust with new clients.
What trades can list on hipages?
There are over 1,800 job categories on hipages, from air conditioning specialists to window installers with plenty in between, such as cleaners, plumbers, electricians, builders, landscapers, roofers and tilers.
If you do any form of residential home improvement work, we have job leads for you.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, we are happy to pause your subscription for between 14 and 31 days. On the 6 month introductory term, you can pause once. On the 12 month term you can pause twice or combine the pauses.
Your subscription will be extended for the period of your pause and you won't be able to accept job leads during the pause. For further details see clause 16 of our Tradie T&Cs.
Do I need an ABN or licence?
To list on hipages, you need to have a valid ABN. If your relevant government body requires you to have a licence, we will check it before you can start accepting job leads.
