Beer Making Kit - Look what Sammy Claus brought!
I was pleasantly surprised with a Christmas present this year. I got a beer making kit from Brooklyn Brew Shop! This one was for an “Everyday IPA”. Well, I’ll be the judge of that! I have a feeling this will taste more like an American Pale Ale (hops used are Columbus as bittering hops and Cascade as dual hops). When the brew is ready I’ll make sure to explain the difference between these styles.
I always wondered what those little boxes contained and I finally had a chance to see for myself. The brewing process seems fool-proof. Instructions at the back are simple enough. Variety of beer styles abundant. What is not to like!
I will be using the instructions exactly as shown in their website . This will be fun!
