The Elm Road Eagles soared high at last night at last night's PHM Board of School Trustees meeting ... The "Elm Road Jumpers" showed off their best jump rope tricks. Music class students gave their rendition of "Somebody That I Used To Know;" and news of Elm Road's #PHMExcellence was delivered by the WEGL News student "news anchors," Principal Madelyn Beers, and Asst. to the Principal Jenni McCarthy. We'd like to take a moment to recognize World Down Syndrome Day, observed every March 21st, to raise awareness and understanding. The March 21st (3/21) date was selected to signify the uniqueness of the triplication (trisomy) of the 21st chromosome which causes Down syndrome and has been officially observed by the United Nations since 2012!

Northpoint kindergarteners arrived on St. Patrickβs Day to find that a mischievous leprechaun had visited, leaving a playful mess and toppling their leprechaun traps!
