Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
At some point in our lives, each of us faces a problem or situation that we can use help to resolve. When these instances arise, the employee assistance program (EAP) can help.
GW's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is available at no cost to you as a benefits-eligible employee and all members of your household (including dependent children up to age 26, whether or not they live at home). For dependent children under the age of 18, a legal guardian should contact the EAP first to establish the most appropriate plan of action. The service can assist you with a range of needs - from finding daycares in your area to confidential counseling (up to 5 sessions).
Services are confidential and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
