As brands gear up for the impending new year, one theme continues to stand out as an early hit — the Year of the Snake. Jordan Brand is again celebrating the Lunar New Year by presenting many of its popular silhouettes in thematic colorways. Our latest preview from the collection sees the Air Jordan 1 Low don a “Year of the Snake” take, joining its OG counterpart, as well as the Air Jordan 5, 11 Low, Jordan Stadium 90 and Jordan Tatum 3.

This take on the Air Jordan 1 Low sticks to the lightly-colored approach of the capsule as iridescent detailing graces a majority of the off-white upper. A textured white hits the Swooshes and tongue while black contrast is delivered by the heel’s Wings logo and tongue’s Jumpman branding.

At the time of writing, Jordan Brand has not yet shared its release plans for its forthcoming “Year of the Snake” collection. Stay tuned for updates, including the official reveal of additional sneakers, as we currently expect this pair to arrive in women’s sizing within the next two months via Nike SNKRS and select retailers at a starting price of $125 USD.
