KUESIONER PENELITIAN

Responden yang terhormat,

Saya mahasiswa program studi manajemen fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis
Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta bermaksud untuk mengajukan kuesioner
dalam rangka pengumpulan data yang selanjutnya akan dianalisis untuk
kepentingan penyusunan skripsi dengan judul “Analisis Pengaruh Kompensasi
Finansial dan Kompensasi Non Finansial Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dapoer
Bistik Sragen”. Kuesioner dalam penelitian ini hanya bersifat akademik dan bukan
untuk dipublikasikan. Mohon kesediaan anda untuk bisa meluangkan waktu dalam
pengisiaan kuesioner ini. Atas partisipasi dan kerja samanya saya ucapkan terima
