Al-Qaryatayn (bahasa Arab: ٱلْقَرْيَتَين, bahasa Suryani: ܩܪܝܬܝܢ[1]), juga disebut Karyatayn, Qaratin atau Cariatein, adalah sebuah kota di tengah Suriah, yang secar aadministratif merupakan bagian dari Kegubernuran Homs yang terletak di tenggara Homs. Kota tersebut terletak di sebuah oasis di Gurun Suriah. Wilayah terdekatnya meliputi Tadmur di timur laut, Furqlus di utara, al-Riqama dan Dardaghan di barat laut Mahin, Huwwarin dan Sadad di barat, Qarah, Deir Atiyah dan al-Nabk di barat daya dan Jayrud di selatan. Al-Qaryatayn artinya adalah "dua desa".
