There are up to 21 days between the date of arrival of a return and the date of processing. If you have used the return label from our webshop, you can always check the date of arrival with the tracking number for your returns parcel on the website of the courier.

As soon as your return is processed, you will receive a return confirmation email from our warehouse team. Your refund will be issued within a few working days and will be refunded to your original payment method.

Purchased many different products over the years and have had no problems with shipment and communication.

Would recommend to others looking for a wider range of products that you can't find in
stores. Although there is a shipment cost to return products which is clearly stated in their return policy, they have a decent policy for the amount of days you have to send it back.

Will continue to use Bergfreunde if the prices are still competitive!

Have returned the item and paid shipping cost myself. Nevertheless, when refunding money, they deducted shipping cost from the item price again. After contacting customer service, they refused to refund full amount as I was no longer able to provide the bill. Couldn’t they check their accounts?

So, paid nearly 20€ For returning the package. Disappointing. Not going to order again.

Great communication, no shipment problems.

Purchased many different products over the years and have had no problems with shipment and communication.

Lovered the price right after I bouht..

Bought several products, and a few days later Bergfreunde lovered the price on the products. Upon contact, I was told, “we are unable to refund you / cover the difference in price”. So in order to get the discount I have to return everything and make a new order, a waste of time, money, co2 and is just plain stupid. I reached out to customer service a few times and they decline. They encouraged me to make an honest review, so thats what I'm doing. This is far from normal practice when it comes to running a webshop. We are not talking a fortune, so probably wont return the goods – so I’ll just end up as an unsatisfied customer.

Response time was ok.

Was sent a pair of boots that was…

Was sent a pair of boots that was obviously used and damaged. Am requesting a full refund on my order as the shoes were packed already damaged. Can’t believe a company would do something like this.

Never received my shoes or a refund

More than one month ago I ordered a pair of climbing shoes. Still haven’t received any shoes or any refund even though I have contacted the company several times. Don’t ever buy anything from this company!!!

The worst customer service ever

Why do I write the following ??? Because this is by far the worst customer experience I've ever had.

I've orded a Wahoo Kickr.

Bergfreunde claims delivery time within 4 - 6 days, it has now been 2 and a half weeks.

I wonder if Bergfreunde know what they are doing and who is communicating what, since I the 25'th of October received confirmation regarding my order. The confirmation basically states that my order has been shipped and is on it's way, but clearly it is not.
Just for the record I've been in contact with DHL and there still is no package to me from Bergfreunde at DHL in Bonn. Therefore DHL Bonn recommended me to, once again, get in touch with Bergfreunde.

When calling Bergfreunde customer service it takes ages to get through. Once I got through, the Bergfreunde customer service was not able to provide me with any information regarding status of
of my order ... in fact the reply was:

"I hope I'll be able to give you a status tomorrow, but I'll have to check with our logistic department"

Absolutly nonsense ... in fact all I've got from Bergfreunde so far is bad excuses AND AN AMOUNT DEDUCTED FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT ...

I can most certainly not recommend any one at all to do business with Bergfreunde.

I have ordered some Olukai flip flops…

I have ordered some Olukai flip flops the 18th of July 2021. Everything went smooth, and I was kept informed via emails about the status of my order. I received my order today as planned five days after I have bought them online. Fully satisfied, will order more in the future and can highly recommend the site. For info, I live in Denmark.

Disappointing service

Bad service …

I tried to order from this company without any luck it kept declining my debit card and PayPal and when I called customer care they blamed my mobile device what a load of bull because I shop all over the world this way with no problems... my advice stay away from this company the staff not very helpful

A good place to buy from !

Among the other things I got a very good customer service experience with Bergfreunde, despite that I had an issue with carrier, who damaged my Item. Kristen promptly assisted me with the return with no any hassle. The communication was great, I got the same day reply on any risen question.
Despite I’ve had an issue with a carrier who damaged my item, I’d recommend the store based onn my experience.
Shipping time may have some delays, depends on your geo-location however if you take in account the great service, good choice and fair prices it does worth it!
