I am using my IPad to do this but the same happens when I try on my IPhone XR
Idk what to do.

Unfortunately the game is not available on iPad or iPhone at all. The “Mac” version is for actual desktops and laptops running MacOSX, not iOS like the Apple phones and tablets do.
Dyne has stated that an iPhone/iPad version will not be coming in the near future, because creating one requires owning a Mac computer, which he doesn’t.
