シトクロムP450 1A2は、略称CYP1A2と呼ばれ、シトクロムP450混合機能オキシダーゼのメンバーのひとつであり、人体において生体異物の代謝に関与している。
CYP1A2の発現は、様々な栄養成分によって誘導されるとみなされている[5]。

薬物相互作用

様々な薬剤や食品との薬物相互作用があり、薬の作用が強まったり弱まったりする事が報告されている[9][10]。例えば喫煙は CYP1A2 で代謝される薬の作用を弱める[10][11]。
