Under this scheme, every year board of school education provides all subject textbooks and workbooks to all government school students of Jammu and Kashmir.

The JKBOSE is an autonomous body that is responsible for publishing textbooks for JK Board class 7. These books are designed as per the latest JKBOSE Class 7 Syllabus. The half-yearly and annual exam papers are prepared from JKBOSE Class 7 Books. So, it is necessary for students to go through these books keenly to prepare for exams and excel in them.
