The 2016 WCS Spring Circuit Championship will take place in Tours, France, during DreamHack Open: Tours weekend.

The Spring Championship is the second of three Circuit Championships to take place during the 2016 World Championship Series Circuit, followed by the Summer Championship.

The winner is awarded a WCS Global Playoffs seed. 150,000 USD and 11,000 WCS Circuit Points are spread among the players as seen below:

Participants[edit]

1 Initially, Clem won the qualifying spot. Due to age restrictions, though, Clem was retroactively disqualified and Miniraser and Happy played a deciding Bo3 for the qualifying spot, which Happy won 2-0.

2 MarineLorD was disqualified after an investigation into win-trading. The spot was awarded to FireCake, the next highest placing player in the France National Qualifiers.[1]
