singer Nina adds a middle-eastern vibe with her vocal style to give them a pretty unique sound :D

TOWDATHABTE Massive evolution from the first album and hopefully the way forward, as I think they’ve a recipe for success with the Middle Eastern sound and theme! Nina’s haunting vocals complement the doom laden crushing onslaught and do for Lowen what Tarja’s operatic vocals did for Nightwish! Favorite track: Waging War Against God.

eilidhpyre Just an excellent metal album with a powerful vocal - the atmosphere is mysterious and dark - the riffs put me in mind of the best era of SYL. Definitely one of the very best things I've heard this year.

Mountain Caller knock it out of the park. They perform a masterclass in storytelling songwriting: asymmetrical and linear, a progression through a story and mood and motif, point to point, rather than a verse/chorus tune. No lyrics are needed (though a treat in Dead Language!), for the deliciously adventurous rhythms and melodies give you the bones of the story and your imagination takes flight.
