On April 11, 2018, Mabrox Outsourcing was born. It was founded with the idea that it can provide a more cost-efficient alternative BPO with a family-like atmosphere, but as competitive as any other BPO and Call Center businesses in the country.

Mabrox started its operation on May 7, 2018, in a 6.5m x 3.5m room with 5 employees. After 5 years, it now occupies the whole floor level, with an increase of over a thousand percent in its employees.
