Welcome to DCW
[edit]Hi @Eldarado, I welcome you to the Deoband Community Wikimedia. May I know what makes you join the DCW? Regards, ─ The Aafī (talk) 06:10, 8 August 2022 (UTC)
- Hi @TheAafi:. Thank you, I'm just interested in articles about India. That brings me here. --eldarado (talk | contributions | meta page) 06:28, 8 August 2022 (UTC)
- That's nice @Eldarado. I'd love to do a collaboration with you guys anytime soon similar to the Deoband Yoruba Collaborative Project. DCW is a thematic affiliate user group which doesn't limit itself to specific language projects and tries to promote its focus at a global level. ─ The Aafī (talk) 06:33, 8 August 2022 (UTC)
- @TheAafi:, this is very nice, we are always open to joint projects as a Azerbaijani Wikimedians User Group. If you have any project proposals, you can reach me via eldarado@wikimedia.az. --eldarado (talk | contributions | meta page) 07:02, 8 August 2022 (UTC)

We need your feedback on a tool from the Wikimedia Summit
[edit]Hi! I'm contacting you as one of the participants in the Wikimedia Summit 2022, to kindly ask for your feedback through a 5-10 minute survey to evaluate 'Baserow' (note: the survey is on a Google form).
Baserow was a tool through which participants in the Summit co-created a database of Movement Strategy activities. We hope to learn from you how useful it may be to keep using it in the future to help document and connect on Movement Strategy work.
You are welcome and encouraged to fill out the survey in any language. Your feedback would be very appreciated --Abbad (WMF) (talk) 14:19, 16 February 2023 (UTC).
Invitation to Rejoin Wikipedia Asian Month as Organizers
[edit]Dear organizers who have previously participated in Wikipedia Asian Month,
Greetings from Wikipedia Asian Month User Group!
We haven't seen you at Wikipedia Asian Month for a long time! Since you have been an organizer of WAM for the past nine years, we would like to share some new changes for this year's event. This year, we have found ambassadors to support offline activities for communities and we are planning to establish a Steering Committee to expand the development of WAMUG and ensure its sustainability.
We would love to invite you and your partners to collaborate on being organizers again for your language's Wikipedia once again. The events will take place from November to December this year. You can choose to hold activities during any one-month period within these two months.
If you would like to organize an edit-a-thon or other offline events, please feel free to reach out to me. We can provide resources and support. We hope to see Wikipedia Asian Month thrive again with you and potentially engage in more projects in the future!
Thank you!
