Shipping policy

Please also note that the shipping rates are based on the order total.  Reference the table below for the rates.  Certain restrictions apply.  

Products that are oversized or heavy (generally reams of paper) may be subject to a surcharge. Shipping rates only apply to orders shipped within the United States. 

Purchase Orders and Special Bulk Pricing Orders do not qualify for free shipping. International orders do not qualify for the shipping rates below.  They will be charged exact shipping, which may not be accurately provided at the time of the checkout.

Shipments to APOs, DPOs, etc do not qualify for standard flat rate shipping prices shown below.  We will adjust the price accordingly. As policy, we do not ship to forwarding services or companies without prior approval.

Standard (Flat Rate) Shipping

Our standard shipping rates as seen above, are generally processed within three business days from the order date and are generally received between 4-14 days from the order date. Please note that rare exceptions may occur and the shipment of your order will be delayed. We endeavor to reach out to our customers if that occurs.

Expedited Shipping

Our expedited orders are generally processed within one business day from the order date and are generally received within 2-5 days from the order date. Please note that rare exceptions may occur and the shipment of your order will be delayed. We endeavor to reach out to our customers if that occurs. We do not guarantee delivery by certain dates, only that we'll ship it out via USPS Priority 2-3 Day Mail. If you require a certain date, you can contact our staff for special shipping rate.

International Shipping

If an order placed requires shipping outside of the United States, then we provide an estimate of the cost in our system. However, we reserve the right to adjust the shipping costs based on location and fluctuating international shipping prices.
