Before Mold Shipment
If you wish to cancel your order before the mold kit has been dispatched, you will receive a full refund with no additional fees.
After Mold Shipment
Once your mold kit has been shipped, cancellations will incur a 10% processing and mold fee. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
After Mold Return
If you have already sent your molds back to us to begin fabrication, the order can no longer be canceled
Custom Jewelry:
Due to required mold impression process for your teeth, you will first receive a mold kit we send out to you via USPS First-Class or FedEx mail which you should receive 5-8 Business Days after your purchase. Once your mold impression is complete and you are responsible for shipping back the mold impression back to us, the manufacturing of your Grillz will not take longer than 10 Business Days from the day we receive your molds. Depending on which shipping service you paid for, it will be applied to the final product shipment, and you should receive it within the estimated time stated when selecting the service.
All in all, the whole process should take roughly 3-4 Weeks to have your final product on hand, assuming all steps stated above were followed accordingly.
Non-Custom Product Orders:
These products are normally always on hand and would not take longer than 24-48 hours to package and ship out to you. We like to take a little time to re-polish the piece just in case there are any blemishes that collect over time.
In rare cases in which the product is not in stock, a customer representative will contact you regarding your order and the longer then anticipated wait time. If the choice is made to wait for the extended period, we will then make the brand-new product in house and ship it to you at priority shipping. If you decide you are not happy with the extended ship time due to lack of on hand stock, we will refund the full amount paid.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at [email protected] to initiate a return for the scrap value of the precious metals and gemstones in the piece. Please ship the item back to our return address, and upon inspection, we will process a partial return to the payment method used to complete the purchase. Please note that all returned items are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
