The Croods

The Croods

In Movie Theaters: Friday, March 22, 2013

Story line:
A prehistoric comedy that centers on the caveman Grug, who cautiously leads his family to leave behind the only world he knows, after an earthquake destroys their home. With his family in tow, he ventures out into the volatile world in search of a new home. While attempting to navigate the dangerous and unfamiliar world, Grug butts heads with a nomad, who charms Grug’s clan, especially his eldest daughter, Eep, named Guy, with his (relatively) modern-minded ways. This quirky, imaginative stranger's search for 'tomorrow' is at odds with Grug's reliance on the traditions of yesterday.

Now it is up to Soren to make a daring escape with the help of other brave young owls. Together they soar across the sea and through the mist to find the Great Tree, home of the legendary Guardians of Ga'Hoole--Soren's only hope of defeating the Pure Ones and saving the owl kingdoms.
Trailer:

Furious at Kludd's "death" and at hearing Metal Beak and Nyra fighting Ezylryb, Soren returns to the Guardian's aid, and attacks Metal Beak just in time before the latter could finally murder Soren's hero. Meanwhile, Digger, Gylfie and Twilight fend off the impending bats. Nyra calls the attack to a retreat and The Band return to the tree. Meanwhile, Kludd survives, now a Pure One, and he found Metal Beak's mask. Soren, Gylfie, Twilight and Digger are honored as Guardians of Ga'Hoole.
