Ular Buta Biasa atau nama saintifiknya Ramhpotyhlops braminus[2] merupakan sejenis ular dalam keluarga Typhlopidae yang terdapat di Malaysia.

Ular Buta Biasa merupakan spesies ular buta tidak berbisa yang dijumpai di Afrika dan Asia, tetapi telah dibawa kebahagian lain dunia. Sepenuhnya tinggal dalam tanah (Fossorial, ia sering disalah anggap sebagai cacing, kecuali ia tidak segmen. Nama spesies ini adalah bentuk Latin bagi Brahma, yang merupakan kasta dalam ugama Hindu. Tiada subspesies kini diakui.[3]
