Blooming Marsh would be beneficial in a deck that aims to have a smooth mana curve and wants access to both black and green mana. Decks that rely on a combination of black and green spells, such as Golgari Midrange or Abzan Control, would find this card useful. While there may be other dual lands with less restrictive conditions for entering the battlefield untapped, Blooming Marsh is still a solid choice for decks that require its color combination, especially in formats where card availability is limited.
