Free Earth Festival and Mystic Sound Records present: VA «Mystic Earth» compiled by Mike Akida.

This compilation features the music that sounds on the Oxygen stage of the Free Earth Festival. Mike Akida, a mature DJ since 1994, marks his 30th anniversary both on stage and behind the scenes with this release. He is a pivotal figure in the development of psytrance culture, beginning with the legendary festival on Samothraki Island in Greece in 2001, often regarded as the «father» of all psytrance festivals. Known for his unique ability to bring festival vibes to any setting, Mike Akida’s remarkable music selection shines through in this compilation.

«VA Mystic Earth» includes tracks from artists who have performed at the Free Earth Festival, alongside contributions from the residents of the Mystic Sound label.

Dive into fourteen atmospheric tracks that showcase a stunning diversity of psychill sounds. The collection spans sensual psylounge, energetic space vortexes, and classic downtempo. Listeners will also uncover gradually unfolding narratives and oriental motifs. There’s something for every psychill fan to enjoy!
