This company does not typically respond to reviews
I am shocked by so many negative reviews. I have used them many times and they were ok. There are a company that acts as an agent or go between to recommend other couriers. Most of the negative reviews seem to be for bad service, damaged or lost goods from the courier. I suspect this would happen with any parcel broker - it is the courier who does the job who is at fault, surely? I have only had one issue - and Parcel2Go did respond and did resolve it. Not sure they are anything special, but at the moment I have no complaints and no reason to stop using them.
A useless logistics reseller that has little to zero communication with the very logistic companies it's selling the service of. Had a DPD dropoff parcel fall uncollected. Spoke to the drop off center and was told DPD were seemingly just not collecting from them and probably wouldn't any time soon. They advised me to speak to DPD to get a "release code" so the drop off shop could release the parcel back to me. Rang DPD and was directed to Parcel2Go. Parcel2go seemingly had no ability to communicate with DPD, didn't seem to understand the situation and told me to contact DPD for the code?! They had no way to produce the code themselves and told me I would need to wait 2 days for a response with the hope of a code and no guarantees, just to release my own belongings back to myself. The only way to communicate is through their very slow site chat facility where they're very quick to hide behind the terms and conditions. At the stage I was at, the terms and conditions they kept quoting really didn't seem relevant, I just wanted my parcel released back to myself and they just kept banging on about the fact they have no guaranteed timeframes on shipments?! Ultimately, I was able to find an alternative number for DPD and bypassed Parcel2Go(Nowhere), waste of time and had the parcel collected and delivered the next day. This seems like one of those companies that ticks along, probably doing ok but the minute something goes wrong, they have zero abilities to do anything and seemingly zero interest in fixing the situation other than to hide behind irrelevant terms and conditions. Avoid

Ref - P2G*******/******* - Paid for a parcel with insurance of £300 (item was sold for £309) the parcel was delivered but was damaged in transit. It was that badly damaged that there was large holes in the product! Even though 'FRAGILE' tape was used when packaging it up and very clear all over the box!
The item then became unusable and unsafe! Parcels2go demanded everything from proof of the value, the transaction, price paid, the refund, a video of the product, invoices of the repair cost etc etc etc. The repair cost alone was well over £125! Their customer care is appalling and their 'claims team' useless. They make you run around in circles constantly asking for more information - even when you have given it to them already. They ask you to 'negotiate' with them via email - all of which are ignored... We PAID for this item to be insured and after waiting nearly 2 months for a resolution (after refunding the customer £309) they offered us £57 plus the cost of postage! After paying £20+ for the item to be insured! Currently battling Bowel and Liver cancer, I begrudgingly accepted as I am now going through a 3rd operation (right now I am in Wigan hospital!) and could not be bothered dealing with them any further. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE USE THIS COMPANY - THEY DO NOT CARE AND ARE SCAMMERS - GO DIRECT TO THE COURIER! We have now found it easier to just deal direct and cut the rubbish that is 'parcel2go' out! Should really give 0 stars - do not use these people!
Tip for consumers:
No care at all, I did not mention my condition until it was nearing 2 months of back and forth, P2GO constantly asking for more and more information - even when it had already been provided. They had everything. All the evidence etc - they just want to take your money and not pay out what you have LEGALLY paid for... Once I am over the op I intend to take the matter further as I feel they have broken the consumer rights act several times on this matter!

Quite literally the worst company I've ever had to deal with, which in this day and age is really saying something. Did not deliver on time, despite my business having paid extra, item was very expensive but arrived damaged so had to be returned and getting it returned has been a nightmare! Stay away from this awful company, they use UPS / go through UPS but they are terrible compared to them!

I sent a Mobile Phone worth £400 with tracking next day. Evri had lost my parcel and told me to contact Parcel2Go as I found the deal with them. I contacted Parcel2Go and they literally said sorry there is nothing we can do. I explained I am struggling financially and really need the money as I was selling the phone to get myself a few things for my house but they just didn't care. I threatened them with letting the newspapers know what they had done and they just didn't care. They really did make my life hard and affected my mental health extremely also never refunded or respected me in anyway. I hope nobody ever has to go through what I did. Please Stay Away!

I booked two cartons to be shipped from Ireland to Iceland via DPD. No problem booking on their website and paying the €120.00 ex Vat but cartons were returned 2 days later as that service does not exist... then why take the booking?

I have sent my parcel by parcel2go and they handedover it to Yodel for the delivery and my parcel never arrived to the destination and when I made complaint to both Yodel and Parcel2Go then they were constantly lying and telling me that my parcel will be soon returned back to me but it has been 4 months now it never arrived back to me and I then asked for the compensation and they refused it. I am sure my parcel has lost or their delivery driver has stolen it. So my advice to everyone is never use parcel2go and Yodel because if your parcel lost or damaged then you won't get anything instead of wasting your time for reading their lies in the emails.

Took 3 weeks this company to deliver my parcel and in the process they damaged it. The communication is non existence with these guys. They refused to relay the loss I incurred which was £100. They are liars and not worth trusting. 😡😡😡

A negative experience with this company…
A negative experience with this company relating to their difficulties over customs and their use of other couriers. This means they will claim it is not their responsibility if there are any problems in the receiving country. They were clearly able to contact the courier to arrange delivery but cannot query an invoice sent my the courier 3 weeks later demanding charges for a parcel that was never delivered. Their customer service while polite cannot provide you with any useful information. I would recommend sticking with Royal Mail. No

Wish there was an option for 0 stars or negative rating. Don't waste your money sending parcels with this via this company & Evri. Parcel collected and then disappeared into the Abyss. No helpfull enquiries were made after I complained, just said it was beyond the 28 day claim period.

Ive sent many HUNDREDS of parcels through parcel2go very cheaply no real problems. Ive had three delayed and its true they dont really like communicating with you but they work their way back to you in 2 to 3 weeks if they couldnt be delivered. Website is easy to use. Im happy to carry on with them. The thing with previous reviews here are people are only posting reviews when theyve had a problem, and often this is Evri or DHL to blame, nothing to do with parcel2go who just enable you to purchase the right service, they dont actually deliver anything. I like parcel2go.

They claim delivery attempts which have not happened. They return packages without attempting delivery. Both of these have happened on numerous occasions to me and others I know. They do not take responsibility for their non-delivery claiming it's the customer's fault (?!?!), their 'customer service' is rude and unhelpful, and they never offer refunds for lost items or non-delivered. Their 'delivery guarantee' is a joke! A horrendous 'service'!

About 8 weeks ago I sent an item I had sold using Parcel2go. Item was insured for £125 and postage was £12. In summary they lost the parcel in transit and despite me sending lots of info to them regarding price and non delivery they seem to do everything they can to not pay out. There is no phone line and responses take longer than a week and seem to be just through an Online chat which is totally useless. I will take them to the small claims course if they don't pay up. It seems like robbery and you cant talk to real people to resolve issues. IwWon't be using them again and I advise everyone not to use them. I don't know how they get away with it.

Ok, so we started sending bagels by post *******@parcel2go, which have until now been really good, but like anything else they are only good until something goes wrong and then and only then do you see how good they are. Parcel2Go are a website that offer several courier companies to send parcels. We *******@parcelforce 24 which offer a next business day delivery service. A couple of our parcels took 4 weeks to get to their destination (up north). I thought it reasonable to ask Pacel2Go for a refund (which they would then chase parcel force for) They weren't very forthcoming offered a total of £10 for both parcels and a slap on the wrist for sending a prohibited item (bagels), needles to say we won't be *******@parcel2go anymore and that is a shame because the service that they offer is good but the way that they deal with this type of situation is a little shortsighted.
Tip for consumers:
Do use them

The parcel has been lost. They demand proof that I sent it and that it did not reach its destination. When I sent it to them, they wrote that these were wrong documents. This is a joke. Additionally, I bought insurance. This is unacceptable. I do not recommend this company.

They stole my parcel and their answer is cause I didn't pay more to protect my parcel they can't refund the value of the parcel - this is a scam. They've told me cause the parcel can be lost in transit. Was a big heavy box - so no chance to lose something like that

I am extremely dissatisfied with Parcel2Go's poor level of service. My shipment was lost by Yodel, and my complaint was not addressed. Contact with the company was limited, and if I hadn't reached out myself, no one would have followed up on my case. Avoid this company at all costs.

Awful, Dropped my parcel off Thursday, driver hadn't picked up so assumed it would be collected that day, Here I am Saturday evening and tracking still says not collected. Parcel2go live chat says it won't be picked up until Monday, and wont get to my customer in the us in the time given. BUT.apparently." the delivery times given are only an estimate only ".! So being 5 days late in a 11 day delivery slot is " reasonable "

I used Parcel2Go to send something next day delivery, as I was relying on it arriving on time. Arrives late and when I complain, they said well you didn't purchase "Guaranteed Delivery". Such a stupid service! You purchase something and pay good money for it, but then have to pay more to actually get the service you pay for. Not sure how anyone can run a reputable business like this, customer trust completely destroyed! Don't bother using them

Extremely bad service. Sent a parcel with no cover, got severely damaged by dpd and no one accountable for the damages.
Surely the courier has a duty of care.
The parcel was a cast aluminium 3d printing machine very strong. As you can see in the pictures the parcel must of been grossly man handled.
What a joke have now tried to offer me a £10 credit. Have now said the parcel goes thru several different transit companies.
The machine damaged was several hundred pounds.

Terrible! Do not use! My parcel was lost in transit but the frustrating thing is there is no one to contact, absolutely zero customer care or service, you are left completely helpless and out of pocket.

A very useful site for reference purposes: i. E. how much would a courier delivery cost UK to Australia etc. Also provides an efficient service 90% of the time.
However there are some drawbacks: insurance costing is through the roof (rip-off) for high value items; the site is temperamental at times (weak user interface); and they try to make you work on a 'pre-pay' system which is there to work in their favour.
